2. Product Nature & Disclaimer
All gemstones are natural products, formed by nature.
Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, color zoning, growth features, or natural characteristics.
Photographs and videos are taken to represent stones accurately; however, minor variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or viewing conditions.
We do not guarantee identical appearance under all lighting environments.
3. Treatment Disclosure
Treatment status (heated / unheated / untreated) is disclosed to the best of our knowledge based on:

Some natural stones may show color behavior over time or under different light conditions, which is a known natural phenomenon and not considered a defect.
4. Certification
Certification is provided by recognized gemological laboratories when requested or stated.
Laboratory opinions represent the findings at the time of examination.
Danu Group is not responsible for differing opinions from other laboratories or gemologists.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are agreed upon before confirmation.
Prices may change based on market conditions, availability, or customization.
Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the natural and unique characteristics of gemstones, all sales are generally considered final, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to shipment.
Each gemstone supplied by Danu Group is carefully selected, documented, and represented based on its natural features, source information, and gemological characteristics.
Please note that returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
Differences in color appearance caused by lighting conditions, photography, or viewing environment
Natural inclusions or internal characteristics inherent to natural gemstones
Personal preference changes after purchase
Misinterpretation or misunderstanding after delivery
These factors are a normal and unavoidable part of natural gemstones and do not constitute defects or misrepresentation.
That said, customer satisfaction is important to us. Any exceptional cases must be discussed and approved by Danu Group prior to shipment, and only under mutually agreed terms.
We encourage all customers to ask questions, request additional images or videos, and fully clarify expectations before confirming a purchase. Transparency and informed decisions are essential in the gemstone trade.
9. Custom Cutting & Services
Custom cutting, re-cutting, heating, or jewelry services are performed based on client instructions.
Weight loss during cutting is normal and unavoidable.
Once a stone is altered or processed, it cannot be returned.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, text, videos, designs, branding) belongs to Danu Group unless stated otherwise.
Unauthorized copying, use, or redistribution is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability

20. Pricing & Market Fluctuations
Gemstone prices are influenced by market demand, rarity, availability, and global conditions. Danu Group does not guarantee future value, resale price, or investment performance.
21. Force Majeure
Danu Group shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, power outages, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
However, even in such circumstances, Danu Group remains committed to providing the best possible support. We will maintain clear communication with our customers, offer practical alternatives where available, and make every reasonable effort to minimize inconvenience until normal operations can resume.
