Starlite
Brilliant blue zircon with exceptional fire.
About Starlite (Blue Zircon)
Starlite is not a separate gemstone species but a trade name for heat-treated natural zircon, most commonly sourced from Sri Lanka. Zircon has a high refractive index and strong dispersion, giving it exceptional brilliance and fire.
With a hardness of 6–7.5 on the Mohs scale, starlite is suitable for fine jewelry when properly set. Heat treatment is a standard and stable process used to enhance zircon’s color and is widely accepted in the gem industry.
Starlite gemstones are admired for their vibrant blue tones, lively sparkle, and classic elegance.
